Well for all of you late night owls I will be on another QVC show. This time at 3am on Tuesday 24th. I hope that you will clock in and see if I have any new hints about applying eyeliner that may be of help to you for any fabulous events you have coming up. In the mean time for those of you who already have the fabulous “Kingfisher” color you could try this with it.
